Using update_trigger in any way to enable or disable a trigger will cause all triggers of the same type to stop working until the active window is switched. For example, if you disable a Keyboard shortcut trigger with update_trigger, the entire Keyboard shortcut group will remain inactive until the active window changes.
Update: After the floating menu has been displayed, the hotkey trigger for conditional activation groups stops working until the active window is switched.
