I need the cursor can move in any position above the red box to display A, don't know if this function

I know use keyboard shortcuts to quickly move the cursor between the display.

not really the solution, but you can drag display A down to the centre of the edge of display B which may make it work better for you.

this will make the mouse move across them differently

I think macOS should also can be achieved
