Allow CTRL, OPTION, CMD to activate a hidden BTT, but stop FN or SHIFT/CAPS from activating BTT.

My setup is almost perfect for me, but with one glitch.

I have the modifier key option enabled to bring back hidden touchbar elements, but I do not want this to enable on SHIFT/CAPS or FN.

Any ideas how to fix?
