After I lock the screen, BTT does not work at login screen. I am not logout, just lock the screen.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac:Macbook, iMac
  • macOS version: 10.14.2 Mojave
  • BetterTouchTool version: 2.697(1002)

Note: Before bug reporting, please make sure you have the latest version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

I am having the same problem.
This is with with macos Catalina 10.15.3

I want to setup a shortcut that works while in the lock screen prompt (with my user logged in), that sleeps the computer.

Say Ctrl+Cmd+Alt+, when pressed, will sleep the laptop. Currently my laptop is configured (on purpose) to not automatically sleep whenever AC power is ON. Hence I need this shortcut.

Some older posts mention that at least gestures work in the lock screen (or used to work). Any guidance on this would be helpful
