i tried to buy a standard license 2 times but it were failed at the payment progress , After few minutes i had got a msg from the credit card that it paid 2 times. i never received a confirmation email from the BTT
it's been over 5days since i made the purchase, i have tried to seek helps by sending emails to andreas@folivora.ai But not answers yet. Is there anyone could help here in this BTT community?
I want to refund it everything.
