so i am trying to add a menubar button, or maybe a web floating window, that simply shows the mute/unmute status of my zoom sessions. I can make the menubar icon, but i cannot make the icon flip to show a "muted" one when i click it.
as far as i can tell zoom doesn't give you a way to get their mute status, but thats besides the point for this. and no i do not want to use "set input volume to 0" as that seems to not exactly make my airpods happy or zoom happy either as it also has input controls in its app... so currently stuck using the "global shortcut for mute", which is great, i just want to have a quick way to check my status as i flip around apps
