About Account Migration

First of all, thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful tool.
And sorry for this question in your precious place of information exchange.

I am having trouble transferring my account.
The two things we would like to do are

Change the registered address
Migrate my account

When I try to import an account license
I get an error and am instructed to contact andreas@folivora.ai.

I have contacted you on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 around 23:04 and am waiting for a reply from support.
