After update to 5.641 choose from list start crashing. Some items are working but after clone and rename they start crashing.
Moreover list sometimes freezes when user presses X to close the list.

I'm I reading this correct - in versions > 5.641 if the action "Show / Choose From List (Configurable)" is used, BTT is crashing or the list itself is crashing?
I wasn’t able to reproduce it myself yet but I added some more checks in the latest alphas that might prevent this. It was crashing BTT when the action was used

Seems that in 5.643 problem was solved.
But in 5.649 I have noticed other one:
When menu is shown and Esc is pressed then app works properly - menu disappears and app is in proper state.
But when menu is shown and user will start typing to quick find options and then will press Esc, then menu disappears, but app hangs - even context menu of BTT icon in menubar is not showing.
Unfortunately I can’t reproduce that either. Could you maybe share a small example? Is the list configured via script or via UI? Which version of macOS are you on?
